Our farm
At the Bobić Farm, we believe that good food begins in the soil and in the hearts of those who work it. For generations, we have nurtured our fields, vegetable gardens, and livestock, creating natural, healthy, and flavourful home-grown products.
Our signature ‘Ajvaruša’ pepper is the pride of our farm – a healthy, robust, and aromatic variety, perfectly suited for ajvar. We devote special care to its cultivation, as its quality ultimately defines the flavour of every batch.
Vegetable growing
Growing vegetables is our greatest pride and the most important part of our work. Alongside our signature “Ajvaruša” peppers, known for their rich flavour and natural growth, we also produce roasting peppers – fleshy, aromatic, and perfect for preserves or fresh meals.
Livestock
In our livestock farming, we follow a natural approach without artificial additives, using a balanced diet that we produce ourselves. Our meat is cured naturally over dry wood, without industrial methods or accelerated processes.
From our production come: Kulen sausage with a traditional flavour and slow maturation, dry-cured bacon (smoked and dried in the old-fashioned way), homemade cheese with a rich, creamy taste, and premium quality fresh milk.
A tradition of quality
Everything we produce and everything we feed our animals is of verified origin. We do not use GMO ingredients or artificial additives, and our name stands behind every product – because for us, quality always comes first.
